The Cross of Christ is not a New Testament only phenomenon. In fact, Christ can be found all throughout the Old Testament. At Good Shepherd's Maundy Thursday service, Pastor Randy preached a message entitled "Shadow of the Cross" which explores Genesis 22 and the story of Abraham and Isaac on the Mount of Moriah as the foreshadowing of the Son of God being sacrificed on the Cross of Calvary.
